Outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County B. County response to natural disaster or other emergencies, including but not limited to necessary measures and actions related to the disaster or emergency, including Travis County’s response, operations, policies, emergency assistance, agreements, preparedness for future flood events and other disasters, and measures necessary to preserve public health and safety and rehabilitation of property, and applicable orders, declarations or resolutions, and authorization for expenditure of funds and contracts related to disaster response, preparedness and recovery efforts (Judge Brown) 3. Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussions items, including but not limited to the following listed items, and any other necessary budget amendments and transfers attached to Commissioners Court backup for the Agenda item: A. Request by Transportation & Natural Resources to establish a new budget of $77,500 in the General Fund (0001) for Tree Mitigation Fees B. Request from the Facilities Management Department (FMD) to utilize $55,000 of Capital Acquisition Resources (CAR) project savings to address a budget shortfall in the 700 Lavaca Press Briefing Room Project, previously approved in Fiscal Year 2025 (Commissioner Shea) 10. Consider and take appropriate action on request from the District Judges for flexibility to set the Travis County Auditor’s compensation as set forth and authorized in the Order of the District Judges and Local Government Code §152.032. Consider and take appropriate action to establish an interlocal agreement between Travis County and the City of Austin to collaborate on history projects and initiatives. Consider and take appropriate action to approve the First Amendment of the Memorandum of Understanding between Travis County and the Travis County Parks Foundation, extending the term of the agreement from September 14, 2026, through September 13, 2031.
